We are committed to protecting your privacy, keeping your information secure and managing it in accordance with our legal responsibilities under the applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (GDPR) (collectively, Privacy Laws)

1.3. Our Site provides a suite of intuitive tools and APIs designed to automate repetitive tasks and simplify complex workflows.

6.2. Where PLANETARY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS do transfer your Personal Information to our overseas Authorised Affiliate, we take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that:

• there is a legal or technical basis for the transfer of your Personal Information; and

6.3. By accessing or using our Services or Site, or providing your Personal Information to us, you explicitly and freely consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to our overseas Authorised Affiliates
